Rev. J. Joseph Born in Chingavanam near Kottayam (Kerala) in a Christian family.
At age 9 Joseph came to the salvation experience and took water baptism at age 14.
After secular studies he went to theological study programs.
1) Sharon Bible College ,Thiruvalla (G.Th.)
2) B.Th graduate from Full Gospel Theological College, Bhopal
3) At present he is doing the M.Div. program
Rev. J. Joseph has been working in North India ( New Delhi, Bharatpur, Alwar, Udaipur ) during 1980-86 period.
In 1986 he joined pastoral ministry with Church of God in Kerala, ministered in various local churches. Then got assignments as District Pastor,Youth Director, State Council Member, and All India Governing Body member. Also served as Warden and teacher of Mount Zion Bible College , Thiruvalla, India Theological Seminary, and Peniel Bible School, Adoor. Rev. Joseph is the founder Director of the Shalom Bible Training school , Elappara, Idukki.
Presently he is serving the Lord in various capacities as the District /Local pastor of Church of God Mavelikkara, CGI Kerala state council joint secretary, Media director, General Editor of.Jyothimargom monthly, Managing Editor of Yuganthya Sandhesham, Generala Secretary of.CGI Writers Forum, and National Secretary of Pentecostal Council of India.
He authored two books in Malayalam: (1) Church of God History (2) Biography of Jomon
