Rev. K. P. Mathew, born in one of the pioneer Pentecostal families in Anicad, Mallapally, Kerala, India is a servant of God who has a vision for the healthy growth of the church. He has a strong commitment to teach the Word of God in its' purity and entirety. His father, late Pr. K. P. Philip was a minister of I.P.C since 1960 and ministered in different places.
He joined Hindustan Bible Institute, Tamilnadu and completed his B.Th in 1984. Then pursued a B.D program at Leonard Theological College, Jabalpur. Rev. Mathew started his ministry as a teacher and Registrar at New India Bible College, Paippad. In 1992, he completed the M.Th program from F.F.R.R.C, Kottayam, affiliated with the University of Serampore. Now he is a professor in India Bible College, Kumbanad, Faith Thelogical Seminary, Manakala and Hebron Bible College, Kumbanad.
Along with the teaching ministry, Rev. Mathew was privileged to serve as Pastor of various I.P.C local churches in India and Persian Gulf. Rev. Mathew is also an author of a number of christian books and also writes articles for various magazines and publications. He also preaches in conventions and seminars.He is married to Mini Mathew and they are blessed with two children, a son and a daughter.
